Place Based Investment Programme in the UK

The Stirling Council is offering more than £600,000 funding in 2022/23 through the Place Based Investment Programme (PBIP), which is funded by the Scottish Government.

Groups and organisations across Stirling are being offered the chance to lead and develop projects that will improve their local community with the launch of a new fund.

This can include the purchase or regeneration of vacant, derelict or under-utilised land or buildings, with the aim of helping deliver improvements such as town centre revitalization, community-led regeneration and 20 minute neighbourhoods.
