The Sasakawa Peace Foundation (SPF) is currently accepting applications from NGOs/ other not for profit organizations to undertake the different types of projects while promoting international exchange, cooperation & understanding.

SPF contributes to the welfare of humankind and the sound development of the international community, and thus to world peace, by conducting activities fostering international understanding, exchange, and cooperation, as well as efforts to promote these activities.

The Sasakawa Peace Foundation addresses the diverse and complicated issues that human society is encountering in the 21st century. In order to respond to increasing natural disasters and social crises, it implements and supports a variety of necessary programs and projects. As a private Japanese foundation, it strives to strengthen cooperation at all levels between the country and countries abroad.
