The Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action (SCAC) launches the campaign of the Small Grants Programme to support the civil society and the emergence of innovation projects in line with the values defended by this department.
Priority Themes
- The projects must focus on one or more of the following thematic:
Funding Information
- Selected projects will be granted up to 85% of the total amount of project, with a maximum limit of 5,000 euros.
Duration
- The project must be implemented between August 2025 and May 17, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any project within the area of competence of the Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action in Castries is eligible. The list of countries is available below:
- The project holder must also belong to one of the following categories: Associations/NGOs/Non-profit Organization/Cooperatives/Communities/Private companies only for nonprofit project.
- For private company: Please note that only nonprofit projects are eligible.
- Project holders that have already received funding from previous campaigns of this Small Grant Programme are eligible to applyfor a second grant only if the technical and financial final report of the project has been submitted and favorably evaluated by the SCAC. Project holders cannot be funded more than twice even if the theme of the project differs.

- Infrastructure construction projects
- Economic project of a purely profit-making nature.
