Theirworld Foundation has announced the Small Grants Programme, to supports a wide range of small charities aimed at developing skills, improving health, bettering education and empowering young people.
Theirworld believes they can end the global education crisis and unleash the potential of the next generation.
They combine the power of campaigning, policy, and innovative projects to create change from the top-down and bottom-up and deliver on their mission: ensuring that every child has the best start in life, a safe place to learn, and skills for the future.
Funding Information
- Grants are generally made as single payments between £1,000 and £10,000
Grant Making Policy
- Theirworld focuses on applications for grants where its contribution can make a real difference.
- All grants are made at the discretion of the Trustees in line with the registered activities of the charity, which are:
- The relief of poor or infirm children and young people
- The advancement of the education of children and young people
- The Charity does NOT fund:
- Expeditions
- Promotion of individual religion or political parties
Eligibility Criteria
- Grants are only made to registered charities or non-profits. Upon completing the application form in full, the Trustees consider applications. All grants are made at the discretion of the Trustees in line with the registered activities of the charity.
- Informed by breakthrough research and activated by our influential network of next generation partners, they work with youth, governments, businesses, NGOs and campaigners to develop and deploy solutions to unleash the potential of the next generation.
- Theirworld only funds registered charities, or not-for-profit organisations.
