Deadline: 01-Jun-21
The Adirondack Foundation is seeking applications for its Essex Community Fund (ECF) Program.
The Fund typically gives strong preference to capacity building grants or modest one-time capital projects. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Advisory Council of ECF understands that this is a time of great need for the nonprofits serving Essex. Therefore, in this 2020 funding cycle the Community Fund will consider support for operating expenses as well as capacity building or capital projects.
The Essex Community Fund at Adirondack Foundation offers grants to nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, church programs, and local government activities serving residents of the town of Essex. ECF awards grants in support of community services, beautification, historic preservation, culture, the arts, education, and programs for youth and senior citizens.
Funding Information
The Fund will typically not support general operating expenses, and grants are usually limited to $2,000 – grants up to $5,000 will be awarded.
Eligibility Criteria
Nonprofit organizations in the town of Essex focused on community services, beautification, historic preservation, culture and the arts, education, recreation, and programs for youth and seniors.
