NOFO: Improving Community Security in Syria

Deadline: 20-Jul-22

The Leeds Community Foundation is inviting applications for the Trauma-Informed Work in Communities grants programme to improve the mental and emotional health of young people in Leeds.

The overall aim of the grants programme is to boost protective factors in children and young people (C&YP) who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, adversity. The main focus will be on Community Organisations working with C&YP and families to promote strong, healthy relationships through activities that support the development of relationship & pro-social skills.

Applications are encouraged from organisations who work in more deprived areas, or with groups who face additional challenges, for example care leavers, families facing domestic abuse or racial inequity.

Funding Information

The maximum grant is £20,000 for 2 years.  The grant can be used to part-fund or fully-fund a wide range of activities. Some of the grant may also be used for bringing in expertise which adds value to the delivery and outcomes of the project.
