The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL)  is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and non-U.S. based non-governmental (NGOs)/non-profit organizations or Educational Institutions for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Drug Demand Reduction Education and University-level programs on the treatment and prevention of Substance Use Disorders”.

Target Population

Applicants should identify target audiences, specific demographics, and the region(s) in which the project will be implemented. It is particularly important to specify the approximate number of beneficiaries to be directly and indirectly impacted by project activities. The project may include participation from countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific, Africa and Eastern Europe as well as other global partners in compliance with the regulations and notification requirements for INL funding. INL will review and approve the beneficiary countries, prior to the use of funds. Associated travel will be conducted with approval from INL in compliance with INL funding notifications and restrictions. All INL funded activities outside the United States must be notified to INL a month in advance via a shared Google calendar.
