The EU4Moldova: Key Regions program, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), hereby launches the Call for Proposals for projects aimed at increasing the involvement of civil society structures and local public associations in promoting and increasing the accessibility of vulnerable groups to public services provided locally in the two key regions: Cahul and Ungheni.

The overall objective of the five-year program is to strengthen economic cohesion, territorial and social development in the Republic of Moldova by facilitating local socio-economic development smart, green, inclusive, sustainable and integrated and improving living standards citizens in key regions: Cahul and Ungheni.
To achieve this goal, the Program is to address the urban-rural gap in key regions and regional disparities, stimulate growth and job creation to improve citizens’ access to quality public services and utilities, taking into account climate change, the economic recession caused by the pandemic and the factors natural risk and gender perspective in the activities of the Program.
