UNOPS/GDF Call for Proposals: Assessing Impact of Donor Co-financing and Transition Policies on TB Commodity Procurement

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), the Global Drug Facility (GDF) through this Call for Proposal (CFP), is inviting proposals from qualified organizations interested in receiving grant support to assess policies and practices, estimate impact, and develop guidance on domestic financing, procurement, and supply chain management of tuberculosis (TB) medicines and diagnostics in light of the changing TB financing and co-financing landscape, and related to transition policies and practices introduced by the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund).

The objective of this CFP is to identify an organization with a proven track record in systematically capturing country level budget and procurement policies and procedures, analysing and synthesizing this information and presenting it in different manners depending on the audience.

The scope of work of this grant aims to systematically document and assess the implications of Global Fund co-financing and transition policies may have on TB commodity procurement at the country-level over the course of 10 months.

Funding Information

Grant Proposals must not exceed USD 215,000, any amount over the ceiling must be co-financed by the selected organization.
