Together, Visa in collaboration with IFundWomen, have been creating access to funding and education for women-owned small businesses around the world through the Visa She’s Next Grant Program.
The Scotiabank Women’s Initiative and Visa She’s Next firmly believe in the potential of women in business and share the goal of empowering their development and leadership, breaking down the barriers that limit their professional and business success. That is why on this occasion they join forces to recognize the leadership of women in the management and implementation of digital transformation strategies in business, opening possibilities for their companies to be increasingly competitive in scenarios where modernization and digitization are a must.
Funding Information
- Each of the First Prize Winners (3) will each receive the following:
- A monetary grant with an approximate value of $5,000 USD or the equivalent to $5,000 USD in Chilean peso; exchange rate date marker is the time of the agreement signing between Administrator and Supporter.
- A “Digital Marketing & e-Commerce” Diploma from Adolfo Ibañez University, valued at $5,090
Eligibility Criteria
- The Contest is open to any natural person of any gender who meets all of the following eligibility requirements:
- This contest is open to individuals who have a business, whether they work alone or have employees in their charge and are majority partners of the company.
- Entrant must have Chilean nationality and reside in the national territory. Entrant may also a foreign national with permanent residence in Chile.
- Entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entrant must have been in business for at least one year.
- Entrant must have annual sales of between 2.400 UF and 100.000 UF
- Business and Entrant must have good payment behavior internally and externally in the last 12 months in the financial system, must have no protested/defaulting documents and no direct/indirect delinquent or overdue debt in the financial system
- Entrant must have no direct or indirect written-off debt.
- Business must have positive tangible group equity (Equity=Assets-Liabilities).
