The Veolia Environmental Trust has announced a call for applications for the Habitat and Biodiversity Grant Program.
Funding Information
- A project with a total cost of no more than £250,000
- A grant application requesting between £10,000 and £75,000
- A project that will complete within 12 months of its start date
Project Site
- a project resulting in structural improvements to a single site eg woodland, nature reserve, waterway
- a project with all permissions (eg Environment Agency) in place at the time of application
- a project where the applicant is the landowner or has a formal agreement (eg a lease) with the landowner, with at least six years of the term remaining
Eligibility Criteria
- an application from an organization which:
- is charitable and operated on a not-for-profit basis
- is constituted, with a set of signed governing documents
- has been established for a minimum of two years
- has a minimum of two directors, trustees or committee members who are not related to each other
- does not financially benefit directors, trustees, members
- an application from an Environmental Body (EB) enrolled with ENTRUST
- an organization that accepts any grant awarded will incur an additional CTP cost
