Deadline: 10-Apr-23
The Swiss Cooperation Office (SCO) in Armenia announces a call for proposals for small projects in the field of contemporary arts.
The call intends to issue funding for creative and innovative projects, which contribute to the development of contemporary arts in the Republic of Armenia in the rapidly changing local and global contexts. The slogan of this year’s SCO cultural campaign is defined to be “My Home – Armenia in a Rapidly Changing World”.
With this call, they invite artists to reflect on life in this difficult geographical place; on being Armenian in a cosmopolitan world; and on living today but with an open, potentially promising future ahead. The proposed project ideas should adhere to the slogan and frame the suggested projects’ activities and expected results accordingly.
The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s (SDC) overall objective in the South Caucasus is that people in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia benefit from a sustainable and inclusive economic and social development, democratic public institutions, human security, peace and increased climate change resilience through enhanced regional dialogue and cooperation.
