The Rootcamp Pilot Project is now open for applications to support the Later Stage Startups.
RootCamp supports AgTech & Bioeconomy startup founders in laying the foundation for long-term success and scaling your businesses more quickly by providing you with access to funding, potential clients, partners, mentors, and experts. Their expert team is committed to working with each founder on their journey individually to create world class companies and attract venture investment.
Who are you?
- Motivation: You want to pilot your solution within their corporate partners’ environment and/or you are looking for distribution partners.
- Phase: Startups with established technology and products.
- Product: Ready-to-scale solution, unique and with a strong scientific and/or technological background.
Program Structure
- Ideation phase: This phase is to align needs and define the project framework.
- Project Charter definition: This document defines the milestones, objectives, length, budget, and deliverables of the project. This is jointly created by the startup and corporate partner with RootCamp’s support.
- Project start: The Agreement is signed and the joint pilot can start.
Project Outcomes
- Pilot outcomes include:
- Product co-development
- Commercial partnership
- Licensing agreements
- Extension of customers base
- Additional investments
Terms
- Every Project is supported by a budget of up to € 40k to conduct the project (the budget is not to fund the personnel costs of the participating parties).
- For each project, an Agreement is signed with specific milestones and objectives.
- Each project is supported by a project manager from RootCamp and has a dedicated mentor from the corporate partner.
- The project length, terms, and conditions are strictly individual as all projects are different.
- Optional attendance to all activities of the acceleration program and events.
