Deadline: 24 May 2020
The Movement for Good Awards is proud to be giving back to the communities they serve and championing the issues that really matter to them, especially in this time of need – working together to build a movement for good.
Movement for Good wants to continue to put giving directly into the hands of the communities they serve and support remarkable organisations (like yours perhaps) in their efforts to change people’s lives for the better.
Funding Information
Following on from last year’s successful campaign, this year through the Movement for Good awards they are giving a further £1million to charities.
The £1m giving programme has two funding phases:
- 500 charities will each receive £1,000 during the first phase of the campaign
- The £1,000 awards are open to eligible charities registered in the UK and Republic of Ireland – these could range from smaller volunteer-run groups to larger, well-known organisations.
- A second phase of giving will happen later this summer and they will provide more details nearer the time.
- With the coronavirus situation constantly evolving, they want to use their second phase of giving to help charities in the most effective way.
