The RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation is inviting applicants from eligible organizations to support projects for improved rights and women’s living conditions in France and around the world, worn by French associations.
Thematic Areas
- Women’s rights and fight against violence against women: The Foundation supports projects to protect the rights of women and girls wherever they are threatened, and fight alongside them against inequality, injustice and the violence they experience.
- Education and Social Action: To facilitate the social integration of women in need, the Foundation supports projects that facilitate the access of women and girls to basic services, PROMOTE education, and other action to reduce inequality and exclusion they face.
- Training and Professional Integration: The foundation supports projects that provide women in precarious situations the means to have access to vocational training and enhance their skills, get a job, or to start and develop enabling activities to improve their income.
Funding Information
- The amount of the grant will depend on the needs of the project.
- The average grants of € 15,000.
Eligibility Criteria
For your application to be considered by the Foundation, including your project must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The project must be carried by a French organization nonprofit. The projects run by foreign non-profit organizations or individuals are not eligible.
- It must contribute to the improvement of women’s rights and living conditions, and be devoted overwhelmingly to a female audience.
- A project already submitted to the Foundation and refused cannot be resubmitted.
- Only one application may be lodged with the Foundation by organization per year (excluding Price organized by the Foundation).
