What should 2050x projects want to achieve?
- 2050x projects should be aligned with the 2050 Climate Group’s charitable purpose, that is the education, engagement and empowerment of the next generation of leaders to take action on climate change and the advancement of education on climate change and leadership skills. Beyond this condition, projects may be wide ranging and they will consider all applications.
- While they encourage applicants to have a clear idea of their project aims and desired outcomes before applying, as well as an understanding of why the project is needed, please do contact them even if your idea is not complete and they will try to support you to develop the idea into a strong application.
- Funding is available for a wide range of purposes, including venue space, catering, travel expenses and other materials and essential costs, as well as potentially training or other external support to allow these projects or events to succeed.
Funding Information
- This financial support is typically in the range of £50 to £300, with each project application being reviewed on a case by case basis.
