Deadline: 31-Dec-2025
The John Flock Bentilee Empowerment Fund has been set up specifically for residents in Bentilee and will provide practical support to empower people in the small things in life that can really make a difference.
Grants of up to £2,000 are available to support charitable organisations and not-for-profit groups delivering positive outcomes for local communities. This funding is aimed at helping organisations enhance their activities, build capacity, or provide essential resources for residents in need.
The programme is open to a range of organisations, including constituted community and voluntary groups, registered charities, social enterprises, and other voluntary or not-for-profit organisations. Applications must demonstrate a clear benefit to people living in the Bentilee and Ubberley wards, ensuring that the funding directly supports local communities.
Projects eligible for support include initiatives that strengthen locally based charities or community groups through events, environmental improvements, or the purchase of equipment for community use. Eligible costs encompass equipment, capital expenditures, training, core operational expenses, event costs, and one-off project expenses.
This grant offers a practical opportunity for organisations to deliver meaningful local impact, helping communities thrive while providing essential resources and services to residents.
