The Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) is seeking a consultant to develop the GEF Small Grants Programme (SGP) Country Programme Strategy under Operational Phase 8 (OP8) for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Purpose of the Assignment

Align the Country Programme Strategy with:

GEF OP8 programming guidance

Relevant Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs)

National environmental priorities of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Strategic guidance of the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund

Ensure the strategy is technically robust, participatory, and consistent with all strategic and policy frameworks.
Scope of Work

Lead the full preparation process of the GEF-SGP Country Programme Strategy.

Coordinate and implement a multi-phased, inclusive process involving:

Workshops and stakeholder consultations

Technical assessments and strategic alignment

Manage all deliverables professionally and on time, ensuring active engagement with stakeholders throughout the process.
Budget and Duration

Total budget: US$25,000 (inclusive of staff and travel costs)

Consultancy period: 3 months

Implementation to begin within two weeks of contract signature.

Consultant must submit a detailed timeline with the proposed approach and schedule.
