The Rural Women New Zealand is seeking applications for its Cynthia Collier Grant Program to support projects and activities focused on children, the elderly, community, conservation, counselling or education.
Funding Information
- One grant of $5000 will be made per annum for the next three years.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applications may be considered by individuals, groups or organisations that support rural communities with projects or initiatives focused on:
- Children, the Elderly, Community, Conservation, Counselling and/or Education.
Ineligibility Criteria
- The following types of projects and activities are excluded and not eligible for this funding:
- housing, buildings, religion, employment, justice, conferences/meetings, personal expenses and salaries, education initiatives or projects outside New Zealand.
Application Requirements
- The application should include the following information:
- An outline of the project and expected benefits
- A budget for the overall project with quotes and/or estimates
- Income already secured for the project including any contribution from the applicant
- A list of applications to other funding sources including the amount applied for
- A reference from, and contact details for, an independent individual or organisation who is suitably qualified to provide support for the application
- Most recent annual balance sheet
- Charities Commission number (if applicable).
