- The services are aimed at responding to the most urgent needs of children and families affected by emergencies, which includes a small set of the most critical humanitarian services to respond to the most critical needs in the first weeks of the emergency, which must be defined in line with the situation analysis exercises, and the response coordination frameworks established by local and national authorities, in coordination with humanitarian coordination structures in the territory.
