Funding Information
- You can apply for a grant of up to £10,000. They can consider small or large projects – there is no minimum grant amount.
Projects they can support
- Your project must meet one of the following aims;
- Bring benefit to the people or communities of East Staffordshire
- Improve, enhance or make accessible the built or natural environment of East Staffordshire
Eligibility Criteria
- These grants will be awarded to organisations who provide benefit to a community within the East Staffordshire borough. Organisations will usually need to be based in the borough in order to qualify for a grant from this fund, although in exceptional circumstances an organisation outside the borough may be funded, if they can show that the funding will be used exclusively to benefit residents of East Staffordshire only.
- The fund will consider applications for capital and revenue projects, and will consider applications for funding over three years, or one off projects.
- This programme is able to consider applications from:
- Constituted community groups
- Constituted voluntary groups
- Registered Charities
- Social Enterprises
Ineligibility Criteria
- This programme is not able to offer funding to:
- Non-constituted community groups
- Non-constituted voluntary groups
- Statutory organisations
- Organisations that do not have a proven track record of service delivery
- Limited companies, sole traders or partnerships without charitable aims
