Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Grants are made to charitable, benevolent, religious, and educational organizations within the state of California, with a historical focus on organizations benefitting the community of Long Beach.
- Geographic limitations
- Recipient organizations must be within California, and it has been the foundation’s practice to select grantees benefitting the Long Beach community.
