Deadline: 16-Apr-25
The Kent and Medway Suicide Prevention Hope Fund is designed to involve as many districts across Kent and Medway as possible in the build up to the visit of The Baton of Hope on 22 September 2025.
On this day, the baton will travel through Medway, Maidstone, Canterbury and Thanet but all districts are being encouraged to play a role in promoting hope and starting the conversations around mental health and suicide in their communities.
They are looking to fund a variety of projects or events that promote the concept of hope in relation to suicide prevention and mental health within your communities and they’re keen to hear innovative ideas such as, but not limited to:
- community arts projects
- local schools or community groups designing messages around hope and promoting these in the community
- sports or physical activity events
- events and activities within nature.
