Consortium is delighted to open this small grants programme specifically for Bi Organisations across the UK.
Funding Information
- There is a total pot of £5,000 available to award, which will be distributed as community grants of up to £250.
- Up to 12 months. Given the awarded amounts are likely to be for core running costs of a group, they don’t expect funds to last a long period of time. They will require a very short form to be completed within 12 months to confirm the funds have been spent and offer us any information/case study on how the group has used the funding. This is used to help us secure future funds in their conversations with funders.
What can they apply for?
- They recognise the amounts being offered as grants is small. Therefore, they are keen to support as many bi-led groups as they can.
- The funding can be used for the general running of the group, and they have made the application process as simple as possible. You can of course apply for specific items, but there is no requirement for this.
Eligibility Criteria
- This funding is ringfenced specifically for bi-led organisations that are doing work specifically for and with bi communities.
- To be eligible, the primary purpose of your organisation or group must be to support bi communities.
- Projects within broader LGBT+ organisations will not be eligible for this Fund.
