The Lintel Trust is offering Small Grant Fund Programme to help people to maintain their tenancies, improve their lives and engage and participate fully in community life.
Objectives
- Reducing social inclusion in housing communities,
- Improving well-being in housing communities,
- Assisting people moving from homelessness into a secure tenancy,
- Enhancing community capacity,
- Promoting digital participation for housing communities,
- Enabling older people to remain independent and in their own home.
Funding Information
- You can apply for either £500 or £1,000 grant, which is to be used within a 12-month period from the date of award.
Eligibility Criteria
- Registered Charities, voluntary organisations, and community groups with a close link to a housing association, housing co-operative or other social housing provider such as local authority who have a turnover of less than £500000 per year.
- Only organisations operating in Scotland are eligible to apply.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Although they recognise the value of the following, they are unable to provide funding for:
- Funding for an individual
- Funding to cover staff salaries
- Capital projects or contributions towards capital projects including building refurbishment
- Vehicles
- General national appeals
- Holidays or provision of respite care
- Project costs that have already been incurred (retrospective funding)
- Funding for the same project over multiple years
