MusicAIRE Second Call for Proposals (EUR 1.335.000)

The 2nd MusicAIRE call for proposals is open to assist the recovery of the music sector in Europe by designing and testing a supporting scheme that can meet the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic while fostering the sustainability of the music ecosystem.

MusicAIRE (An Innovative Recovery for Europe) is an EU-funded project that aims to provide tailored-made instruments for the sector and contribute to a green, digital, just, and resilient recovery of the music ecosystem. The project is a 28-month journey, which includes a needs-analysis phase and the launching of two open calls for applicants established in one of the 27 EU Member States and non-EU countries participating in the Creative Europe Programme.

The projects to be funded under MusicAIRE will also contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and honour the Five Music Rights as defined by the International Music Council (IMC):

Priorities

The projects to be funded under MusicAIRE will need to provide strategies, methodologies, and actions for the music sector to address the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis in one of the following thematic fields:
