Deadline: 21-Feb-25
The Naturewatch Foundation has launched the Pet Rescue Grant to fund frontline animal welfare projects in the UK that directly help with the rescue or rehabilitation of dogs, cats and rabbits affected by the illegal pet trade.
The aim of the Grant is to give more pets who have been exploited for profit the second chance they deserve by helping frontline animal welfare services.
The Pet Rescue Grant can be used for:
- Veterinary care;
- Specialist facilities or equipment;
- Behavioural support;
- Training for personnel.
It cannot be used for campaigning or investigative purposes, because this is work that Naturewatch Foundation already undertakes. It also cannot be used for your organisation’s day-to-day running costs.
Funding Information
- In 2025, a main grant of up to £10,000 is available to registered UK charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs) with an annual income of up to £5 million. For the first time, a mini-grant of up to £1,000 will also be available to unincorporated non-profits, including unregistered charities and community groups.
