The N/Core is seeking applications for its Innovation Seed Grant. It is looking for its alumni to continue to leverage as well as add to its network and help to build a nurturing ecosystem for nonprofits.
N/Core believes that talent with bold new-age ideas have the power to create a better world for millions who are deprived of the basic human opportunities we all deserve.
N/Core is in general sector and geography agnostic and open to varied set of ideas. However, They do look for an alignment with a purpose of poverty alleviation. Occasionally, they do take on initiatives that are aimed at building the nonprofit ecosystem.
Funding Information
An innovation grants of Rs. 10Lakh will be disbursed to applicant’s organization in two tranches. The first, at the end of the kickoff week and the second at the end of the 6-month incubation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants meet their four basic eligibility criteria:
- they are an early-stage startup somewhere between ideas with a plan to pre-scale stage (typically 0-3 years old).
- they have registered or intend to register their organisation as a section 8 company, a trust or a society.
- at least one founder is working or committed to working full-time on the idea.
- the idea, irrespective of the sector it is aligned with, has the overarching purpose of poverty alleviation or building nonprofit ecosystem.
