The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Poland has launched its Open Call to provide financial support for Cultural Projects.
This region is marked by the strong presence of Dutch traces (for example the heritage of Princess Marianne van Oranje-Nassau) and heavily affected by the floods in 2024.
What do they offer?
- The call is open for all kind of cultural activities.
- Excluded for funding are: (mainly or purely) scientific and commercial activities.
- The maximum grant per project is PLN 20 000.
- The minimum grant per project is PLN 5000.
- The grant is a maximum of 50% of the total project budget.
- The funds are transferred to the Polish partner (legal entity), who is responsible for paying the Dutch partners and any third parties.
- Grants are granted only if the resources of the Embassy are sufficient.
Duration
- The project has to start between August 1st and December 31st 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Guidelines
- The project partners are professional Polish and Dutch organizations or legal entities.
- Individual artists or students are not eligible.
- The project involves at least one Polish and one Dutch partner, each with a clear role within the project.
- The project takes place in the region of Dolny Śląsk (Lower Silesia).
- The project is publicly accessible. Priority is given to projects involving the active participation of the public.
- A subsidy only covers costs related to the Dutch participation in the project.
- The grant partners can submit an application for travel and accommodation costs of Dutch participants, (art) transport and production costs.
