Rogers is investing $3 million in cash and in-kind media supports to organizations across Canada that provide educational and employment opportunities for youth facing barriers to success. Over the next year, Rogers Youth Grants will support 100,000 youth ages 12-29, doubling their impact.
Rogers Youth Grants will be awarded to Canadian non-profit and charitable organizations that provide educational and employment programs for youth ages 12-29, with a focus on equity-deserving youth.
Funding Information
- Organizations can apply for regional grants ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 to support programming for the 2024-2025 school year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations must be a charitable or non-profit organization that support youth in Canada between the ages of 12 to 29.
- Programs must provide youth facing barriers to opportunities by clearly supporting them in pursuing post-secondary and employment pathways.
- Grants are intended to be for one-year (no multi-year agreements).
- Organizations must have a sustained record of achievement and be in good financial standing.
- Programs must have a measurable social impact and be focused on programs and projects rather than bricks and mortar.
- Overhead costs for the organization must not exceed 30%

- Pilot projects at the $25K level
- Business or contract fundraisers
- For-profit organizations
- Political parties
- Individuals seeking personal funding
- Religious groups, unless providing secular services
- Direct mail solicitations
- Private schools (fee-based)
- Advertising or promotional initiatives
- Multi-year funding requests
- Research projects and capital campaigns
- Organizations with headquarters outside of Canada
