The Meath County Council is pleased to announce the Tidy Towns grant to provide assistance to Tidy Towns groups to improve their town or village and facilitate its participation in the National Tidy Towns competition.
Funding Information
- Grant funding up to a maximum of €1000 may be made available to the applicant.
Conditions & Guidelines
- Tidy Towns committees must enter the National Tidy Towns Competition and submit proof of this with their application.
- Tidy Towns committee must have a valid BIC & IBAN led current Bank or Credit union account in the name of the group.
- Voluntary labour costs are ineligible for funding.
- Recipients may be asked for a report on completion of particular projects.
- Funded projects/activities must be located within County Meath.
- Groups must hold appropriate Insurance cover for the works being undertaken or ensure appropriate cover for the person(s) undertaking the works
- Applications will not be accepted after the closing date.
