USAID: Inviting Organisations for Energy Utility Partnership Program (EUPP)

Deadline: 24 February 2017

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and non-U.S. organizations for “Energy Utility Partnership Program (EUPP)” with an aim to strengthen the capacity of utility executives and employees in USAID-assisted countries to effectively manage and operate power systems, run financially viable businesses, and integrate different types of energy resources into their power grids.

These partnerships will bring together professionals/peers to share and discuss real-world power sector challenges and the best means to address them. Activities will focus on grid expansion, planning and strengthening of transmission and distribution systems to satisfy technical, economical, social, and environmental constraints while planning for future scenario options that assess uncertainties and minimize investment risks.
