An email newsletter is a publication and a communication process, usually distributed by the business firms, charitable organizations, and other for profit and non profit organizations, delivering information to a reciever’s inbox. The process is usually meant for the marketing purpose, thereby, expanding products using email, strengthening its role as a powerful marketing tool.

Playing a major role in convincing the audience, it is highly exercised way of promoting an organization, prompting people to visit your website, or encourage them to support your cause financially. To do this an email newsletter must have a specific goal.
