Cambodian Children’s Fund is seeking applications for CCF Seed Grants to help kick start arts programs and projects, and to aid formalisation of their operations.
These grants are for new projects that are in their early stages, and in need of a financial boost to help them develop into a sustainable project which will deliver impact.
CCF aims to play a leading role in facilitating environments which encourage creativity, and ensure that Cambodia’s (re)emerging arts communities are able to access resources and audiences.
The CATA:LIST Seed Grant supports Cambodian based creative projects and is intended for Cambodian nationals, or to impact the professional development of Cambodian nationals.

Applicants should demonstrate a track record (or future plans) to work with beneficiary groups in at least one of the following priority areas;
Funding Information
CATA:LIST is a competitive grant-giving program. The maximum grant size for each seed grant is USD $5,000 (Five thousands US Dollars).
Eligibility Criteria
- Organisations must be either registered as an Cambodian Association, recognised by the Ministry of Fine Arts and Culture, or be partnered with a registered NGO. Individuals can apply if product/service is in partnership with an organisation.
- Eligible organisations will work in the arts, defined as: theatre, dance, literature, music, combined arts and visual arts, including digital and creative media. Or culture: museums, art galleries, non-venue based / seasonal including festivals, and touring programmes.
