7amleh Center invites you to join the second round of the “Innovative Advocacy for Social Change” project with the support of the European Union and in partnership with the Palestinian Institute for Public Diplomacy and Al-Quds Station which aims to develop the digital capabilities of Palestinian civil and human rights institutions to be able to continue advocacy and activity on the Internet safely and effectively.
7amleh Center will provide organizations participating in this course with an assessment of digital visibility and performance of the organization in advocacy and campaigns at the start, followed by trainings in:
- risk and reputation management and countering smear campaigns,
- digital presence, digital advocacy mechanisms and successful campaigns,
- as well as digital security trainings
- To ensure the safety and security of the institution and its employees.
Duration
The training will be held for 6 days during three weeks at the Royal Court Hotel in Ramallah from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, as follows:
- Digital Security Trainings: Tuesday 28 February and Wednesday 1 March;
- Digital Advocacy Trainings: Tuesday 7 February and Wednesday 8 March;
- Risk and Reputation Management Trainings Tuesday 14th February and Wednesday 15th March.
Criteria
Each organization must choose from two to four representatives, according to their specializations in the organization and the intersection of their experiences with training topics, and so that they are able to transfer knowledge to the various departments in the organization (advocacy trainings, campaigns, risk management and reputation: it is recommended that representatives of the media unit, the advocacy unit, attend A project center, a representative of the administration, and for digital security trainings, it is necessary for the technical officer and/or representatives of the various departments to attend (a representative of the manager or the administration).
