Through a tri-dimensional approach of training, mentorship, and coaching, they provide the tools, platforms, and linkages needed to unlock your potential, inspire change, and thrive both individually and as part of a community.

Eligibility Criteria
- iLEAD Fellowship is for – Young leaders/ aspiring leaders between 18 – 35 years who have a thirst for personal growth, agency & Impact creation for positive transformation in community.
- Structure of the Program – This is a physical training program; meetings twice a month for four months: – 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month; 8 hours, plus home assignments on different topics.
