Eligibility Criteria
- The Climate Tracker (CT) is searching for exceptional journalists from the Caribbean region to join the COP28 team. This is an incredible opportunity to cover the climate story of the time while amplifying the perspectives of the Caribbean.
- Ideal candidates wil
- Be 18-35 years old
- Have at least 1 year of journalism experience
- Have a hunger to improve as a journalist
- Have a proven history of writing quality climate stories
- The COP27 Caribbean team did amazing things, from Ryan Bachoo’s fantastic on-the-ground coverage and Post-COP documentary, to Tyrell’s and Kelesha’s virtual reportage covering a wide range of climate justice matters. Will you be a part of this year’s wonder team?

- Register and attend all or some of the sessions in the 3-part webinar series: COP28: Caribbean Climate Justice Perspectives, where the expert guest speakers will dive into Caribbean takes on carbon markets, loss and damage, and the energy transition

- Loss and damage on 13th July
- The energy transition on 20th July.
