Applications Open for FedEx Small Business Grant UK!

Applicants are invited to apply for FedEx Small Business Grant UK (the “Competition”) to win the grand prize of £20,000 and make their business possibilities a reality.

The Competition is open to only legal residents of the UK who at the time of entry are over 18 (eighteen) years of age and who are independent owners/operators of a for-profit small business that has its registered office in the UK and which has been in continuous operation for not less than six (6) months, and filed at least one set of accounts at Companies House.

Grant and Runner-up

There will be one (1) winner who will receive a £20,000 business grant.
There will be one (1) runner-up who will receive a £10,000 business grant.
The winner and runner up prizes together known as the “Grant”

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be considered an eligible “small business” for purposes of this Competition, the business must meet all of the following criteria:
- Entrant/owner must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission;
- The business must be an incorporated company registered with Companies House within the UK.
- Only upon request, entrant must provide the following:
  - Proof of identification;
  - Copy of valid Certificate of Incorporation issued by Companies House in the UK;
  - Copy of utility service or other recurring bill in the name of the company, reflecting the trading address of the small business;
- Entrant must be authorised to legally bind the company;
- The business must be in good standing as of the date of submission and must remain so through the end of the Competition;
- The business must have between 1-99 employees on its payroll.
- Not a previous FedEx Small Business Grant UK winner or runner up.
- Not a franchised business.
- Not a branch of a foreign entity.
- The company is not insolvent, the subject of any order or resolution for its administration, winding-up or dissolution, does not have an administrative or other receiver, manager, trustee, liquidator, administrator or similar appointed, does not enter into any composition or arrangement with its creditors and is in good financial standing.
FedEx shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entrant meets the eligibility criteria to participate in the Competition. FedEx’s decisions regarding eligibility and all other aspects of the Competition are final and binding.
FedEx, its parent and affiliated companies, and each of their respective, officers, directors, employees, agents and persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Competition (collectively, the “Competition parties”) and the immediate family members (i.e., parent, child, sibling, and spouse) of each and/or persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Competition. This Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void in all geographic locations other than the UK and where otherwise prohibited by law.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase applicant chances of winning.
