The RTW Charitable Foundation is seeking applications to build partnerships with local organizations to advance health equity in New York City.
Organizations that seek to address the gaps in care for communities of color, low-income families, recent immigrants, and other underserved populations are invited to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for funding in the 2024 grant cycle. Initiatives can include (but are not limited to) community-based health services, innovative ways to connect community members with no-/low-cost care options and health insurance, initiatives to improve health equity measures within health systems, and action-oriented health equity research.

- Reducing barriers to care access (transportation, appointment incentives, etc.)
- Increasing healthcare coverage, connecting community members to health insurance
- Promoting access to no-/low-cost care options and health services

- Implementing health equity measures in healthcare facilities & systems

Funding Information
- For this grant cycle, proposals can be up to $50,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- This opportunity is open exclusively to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in New York City.
