The U.S. Embassy is currently accepting applications for the grant projects from alumni of U. S. Government (USG) exchange programs.
The projects may include provision of assistance in adapting to changing conditions as a result of COVID-19. They may also provide support to vulnerable groups of the population. All projects that seek to overcome the consequences of the pandemic will be considered.
Theme
- The theme of this year’s projects is minimizing the impact of the coronavirus epidemic in Belarus.
Funding Information
- The requested budget should not exceed $5,000 USD.
- The program only funds applications that have a clear, well-developed project action plan and a clear description of how the project objectives will be achieved and how they correspond to the priorities and the theme.
Duration
The duration of the project should not exceed one year.
Eligibility Criteria
- The projects should be implemented only on the territory of Belarus.
- To be eligible for consideration, the project should be led by at least two USG exchange program alumni. The program will be administered via an open competition.
- Income-generating projects will not be considered.
