The Neighborhoods Energized to Win Fund Program provides grants, leadership development and technical assistance to low and moderate-income neighborhoods in Charleston and Colleton Counties.
Fund is designed to support self-sustaining community development, leadership, and pride within neighborhoods.
Priority will be given to organizations focused on the Fund’s desired outcomes of strong and healthy families, safe and supportive neighborhoods, residential pride, active community participation and a belief in residents’ power to shape their communities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Coastal Community Foundation encourages applications from both grassroots and 501(c)3 nonprofit neighborhood organizations in Charleston and/or Colleton counties.
