Deadline: 26-Sep-2025
The TRANSFORM Business Grant provides a $1,000 microgrant and a customized, year-long business strategy and development program to entrepreneurs from systemically marginalized groups.
Focus areas of this opportunity include anticapitalism, antiracism, dismantling oppressive systems of power, supporting individuals in systemically marginalized groups, social impact, and financial need.
The grant is designed to redistribute wealth and support anticapitalist businesses led by social impact–focused individuals. Along with financial support, grantees benefit from a year-long mentorship program offering access to pro bono services in branding, marketing, coaching, and skill-based learning. The program prioritizes BIPOC individuals, people with disabilities, formerly incarcerated individuals, and queer, trans, and nonbinary entrepreneurs who demonstrate financial need.
Eligibility is restricted to individuals and groups based in the United States, regardless of immigration status. The program excludes political or religious activities, student loan or debt repayment, and businesses in medicinal or clinical practices. Applicants must meet all four criteria: identification with a marginalized group, alignment with anticapitalist and antiracist values, a social impact–oriented business addressing injustice, and demonstrated financial need.
Applications close on September 26, 2025. Submissions received after 11:59 PM on September 26, 2025 will not be considered. Selected grantees will also receive a 1099-MISC for the grant award.
