The program is open to enterprises holding valid Travelife or Lasting Laos sustainability certifications, and strongly encourages female-led enterprises to apply. Through the TUI FutureShapers Laos programme, five grants are available for those seeking to contribute sustainable practices and solutions in prioritized sectors that drive impact within Laos tourism-linked communities. The grant is focused on supporting business operations in key Lao provinces, helping MSMEs and young entrepreneurs leverage sustainability and innovation as strategic tools for scalable enterprise growth within the tourism ecosystem. This initiative is designed to foster sector-wide transformation and boost inclusive participation, particularly encouraging applications from female entrepreneurs and sustainability-minded leaders. Funded jointly by TUI Care Foundation and Plan International Germany, the program specifically targets businesses ready to implement or scale sustainable solutions within the listed priority areas to address pressing development needs.
