The awards recognize one gold award, one silver award, one bronze award, and nine selected winners, with all 12 winners chosen after preliminary review. The applicant agrees that the work will be permanently collected by China Medical University, and the final award distribution will be determined by the review results.

Winners will be invited to the awards ceremony, with the organizer providing three nights of accommodation and subsidizing domestic transportation. Overseas winners will receive air travel subsidies ranging from NT$18,000 to NT$36,000 depending on the region. The funding opportunity invites artists from around the world, whether individuals or groups, to participate, and the selected works will be permanently added to the China Medical University collection.
Participants must submit four key materials for the preliminary examination: a dynamic video of the work (up to one minute), five static images showing all angles, three reference works from the past five years with two images each, and a detailed exhibition description in PDF format. Personal resumes must be provided, not exceeding three A4 pages, including academic qualifications, exhibitions, awards, and collections.
Participants must ensure consent for the use of any music or images and accept responsibility for copyright disputes. Registration is confirmed only after receiving a registration number. The list of candidates for re-examination will be announced on February 6, 2026.
Winners passing the preliminary review must agree to permanent collection of their works by China Medical University, complete relevant purchase and consent forms, and cooperate with delivery plans. Participants are responsible for proper packaging and related costs, while the organizer covers transportation and shipping expenses.
The exhibition will be arranged by a professional company based on participants’ instructions, with static images provided for confirmation. Final winners will be announced during the awards ceremony, tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Shuinan Campus of China Medical University.
