The focus areas of the project include emergency response and management, food assistance, cash and voucher assistance, community mobilization, and logistics in emergencies.
The project seeks to ensure the correct identification and registration of the most vulnerable families, supported by local committees for validation and monitoring. It emphasizes participatory and transparent processes that guarantee the traceability of transfers and the inclusion of all social groups. Regular visits will be conducted in target communities to ensure accountability, protection, and equity throughout implementation.
The initiative will be carried out through two main activities: the targeting and registration of households, followed by the implementation of operations at the departmental level. These activities aim to strengthen the coordination and efficiency of humanitarian interventions while fostering community participation.
Expected results include effective beneficiary identification, transparent distribution processes, and comprehensive reporting that captures key outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future emergency response efforts.
