The focus of the fund is on supporting community-based arts projects which develop the skills of participants in a particular art-form.
Funding can be used for venue hire, equipment, printing costs, materials, insurance, programme facilitators, and toilet facilities. The grant offers up to £2,000 to assist groups in delivering meaningful arts-based projects that build creativity and engagement within the community.
Eligible applicants must be community or voluntary organisations operating on a not-for-profit basis. Additionally, at least 90% of the beneficiaries must be from within the Council area to ensure the program’s local impact.
