Deadline: 12-Jan-2026
Cure Parkinson’s (CP) has opened its Quarterly Open Funding Round to support innovative research projects aimed at finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
The focus areas include laboratory or clinical research projects with the potential to cure Parkinson’s, disease-modifying therapy or therapies, research with the potential to prevent, slow, stop, or reverse the underlying disease progression, and projects that prioritise those living with Parkinson’s now.
CP funds both preclinical and clinical research. For preclinical research, grants of up to £250,000 are available, prioritising projects that can lead to clinical trials within five years. Clinical research funding covers trials and sub-studies involving people with Parkinson’s, with flexible grant amounts.
Each application must be submitted by the principal investigator of the project to be funded, identifying the named institution, company or organisation which is to be the legal recipient of the funding.
