The “la Caixa” Foundation is please to announce for the Subsidies in Burgos to promote initiatives that are specifically aimed at people in vulnerable social situations in order to give them a better quality of life and promote equal opportunities.
The goal of this call is to collaborate with non-profit organizations that are working on projects in the Province of Burgos. The call will pay specific attention to people and population groups that are especially vulnerable as a result of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
Funding Information
- 75% of the cost of the project:
- Up to €40,000 for projects presented by one institution.
- Up to €60,000 for jointly presented projects through a partnership between two or more institutions.
Scope of Action
- The promotion of personal autonomy and care for the elderly, disabilities and illness.
- Care for children, young adults and people at risk of social exclusion.
- The promotion of actions for social-labor market integration, specially aimed at people who have difficulties finding employment.
- Care through temporary residential resources to promote personal autonomy and support social inclusion.
- The promotion of intercultural and social cohesion.
Eligibility Criteria
- The entities that may be submitted to the call are:
- Non-profit entities;
- Entities of the social economy whose statutes explicitly state as main objective social interest or social cohesion.
- Public administrations or autonomous bodies may not present themselves as managing entities of the project in this call, but as partnerships of a social entity that presents the project as manager.
- The requirements for entities, both managers and partnerships, are:
- Be accredited in the Calls Portal and designate a person responsible for the draft.
- Be registered in the corresponding administrative registry, domiciled in Castilla y León and develop the project presented in the province of Burgos.
- Have your own NIF.
- Have statutes and a minimum age of 1 year of activity since its constitution.
- In the case of delegations, they may present themselves independently, provided that prove their formal, functional and organic autonomy:
- Being explicitly recognized in the statutes of the parent entity. Otherwise, must provide the documentation that proves it, signed by a legal representative of the parent entity.
- Have autonomous operation with respect to the parent entity, with its own structure and body self-government, signed by a manager of the delegation.
- Have your own budget and differentiated from the parent entity, signed by a managerial position of the delegation.
- Have a minimum length of operation as a delegation of 1 year.
