The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement USAID/Colombia Strengthening Together Activity program to enhance USAID/Colombia local partner’s development impact by improving their operational functions.
The USAID/Colombia will be supporting its current local partners by improving their performance, organizational growth, and sustainability. It could also provide partners with tools and resources for monitoring, learning and adapting, and improving their communications and outreach. Finally, this Activity will strengthen the marketplace for organizational capacity building services, so future local partners can access these tools and resources.
Objectives
- Objective 1: Increased organizational capacity of USAID local partners for improved performance;
- Objective 2: USAID local partners adopt a Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) approach;
- Objective 3: USAID local partners improve outreach; and
- Objective 4: Colombian organizations effectively provide valued capacity building services.
Funding Information
- The USAID intends to provide up to $15,00,000.000 million in total USAID funding over the initial three-year period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for this NOFO is not restricted. U.S. and non-US organizations may participate. USAID welcomes applications from organizations that have not previously received financial assistance from USAID. Public International Organizations are ineligible for this NOFO unless they consent to receive a cooperative agreement governed by 2 CFR and applicable ADS 303 policies.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations. The successful Applicant will be subject to a responsibility determination assessment by the Agreement Officer (AO).
- The Recipient must be a responsible entity.
- For-profit Applicants must note that USAID policy prohibits the payment of fee/profit for Recipients under assistance instruments.
- USAID welcomes applications from organizations that have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
