The La Caixa Foundation is accepting applications for its Socio-Occupational Insertion Program to facilitate job placement and improve the employability of the most vulnerable people, promotes projects aimed at young people, people with disabilities or mental disorders, and people at risk of social exclusion.

- Accompaniment in the processes of socio-labor insertion and promotion of self-employment
- In the socio-labor insertion itineraries, it is essential to work on the empowerment of people vulnerable through personal skills that give them the necessary boost to enter the market ordinary work. For this, people who are in a protected work environment or in situation of prison compliance will require an individualized plan based on enhancing skills and values ??of each person, accompanying them in this transition process

- Companies are the crucial agent to achieve the labor incorporation of vulnerable people. Funding Information
- The requested projects must have a duration of 12 months and may be presented as projects:
- Individual: the amount requested may not exceed € 40,000
- Partnerships: the amount requested may not exceed € 60,000
- The amount requested may not exceed 75% of the total cost of the project. In the event that the project is selected, the entity agrees to contribute at least 25% of the total cost of the project according to the budget presented, regardless of the amount of aid granted.
- In the case of corporate foundations, the amount requested may not exceed 50% of the total cost of the project and the entity agrees to contribute at least 50% of the total cost of the project according to the budget presented.

- Improving the employability of vulnerable people
- Personalized training and support itineraries for people during the insertion process and monitoring of their employment situation, carried out with the participation of the recipients and based on your skills and values
- Promotion of dual training formulas for people with disabilities and / or mental disorders and groups vulnerable that promote the subsequent insertion in the ordinary company
- Approach to priority lines: projects that have a continuity approach and are not structured as specific actions and that address priority lines, including the development of specific competences and transversal competences (digital, personal, organizational and relational).
- Accompaniment in the processes of socio-labor insertion and promotion of self-employment
- Actions that promote the insertion of vulnerable people in ordinary companies and their social inclusion
- Accompanying actions that facilitate the transition of people in a situation of confinement or currently working in occupational centers or in special employment centers in enclaves in ordinary companies
- Accompanying processes for vulnerable people in the creation and consolidation of micro-enterprises, providing tools and promoting creative and decision-making actions
- Approach to priority lines: projects aimed at people with disabilities will be prioritized and / or mental disorder or people at risk of exclusion who enhance their abilities and skills, promoting their participation and autonomy.
- Support for projects that facilitate job placement in companies and work centers
- Labor intermediation actions that explore or propose new employment niches that are suitable to the training profiles of people in vulnerable situations
- Promotion of corporate social responsibility actions that develop mentoring actions through internal company volunteering
- Approach to priority lines: those projects that take into account the needs will be prioritized of the business fabric of the territory in which they are located, keeping the appropriate consideration of the Needs and values ??of people who require support for job placement.
Eligibility Criteria
- The entities that may submit to the call are:
- Non-profit entities
- Entities of the social economy whose statutes explicitly state, among the stated purposes, that its main objective is social interest or social cohesion
- The requirements for entities, both managers and partnerships, are:
- Be accredited in the new application of calls for proposals.foundationlacaixa.org and designate to a person responsible for the project.
- Be registered in the corresponding administrative registry, have the domicile in Spain and develop the project presented in Spain.
- Have your own NIF.
- Have statutes and have been in business for a minimum of one year, from its constitution.
- In the case of delegations, they may present themselves independently as long as they prove their autonomy. Formal, functional and organic. To do this, they must:
- Be recognized by the parent entity and have a minimum operating age as one year delegation.
- Have autonomous operation with respect to the parent entity, with its own structure and body of self-government.
- Have its own budget differentiated from the parent entity.
